Annual State of the Community Luncheon

The 23rd Annual State of the Community Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the United Methodist Church in Woodland, located at the corner of Second and North Streets. Matt Rexroad, Yolo County Supervisor District 3, will be the featured speaker. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with the luncheon and talk completed by 1 p.m. Tickets $15, best reserved ahead of time by emailing league@woodland.ca.lwvnet.org.

The State of the Community Luncheon has featured keynote speakers in leadership positions from throughout the county and region. City, school, county, or state representatives annually present a status report on government or issues the League is studying. The soup, salad, cornbread and dessert luncheon is the League's annual fundraiser.
